At Moods Atelier, every artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it is transported under the best possible conditions.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
Additional destinations may be added in the future.
2. Order Preparation
Available artworks are generally prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.
Personalised or made-to-order artworks may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
3. Delivery Times
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier.
The delivery times indicated at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping currently costs €7 for Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
Free shipping is available on orders of €300 or more.
Applicable shipping rates are also displayed at checkout.
5. Packaging and Transport
Each artwork is packaged with particular care to protect it during transport.
The carrier may vary depending on the artwork's dimensions, destination and appropriate shipping arrangements.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Where a tracking number is available, it will be included in this email so that you can track your delivery.
7. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, the artwork has been damaged during transport, or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible at:
In the event of damage, we recommend keeping the packaging and taking photographs of both the parcel and the artwork so that we can assess the situation and take the necessary steps with the carrier.
